Zeta Alpha Strengthens Microsoft Partnership for Gen AI Enterprise Solutions

Since becoming a Microsoft partner recently, we have worked hard to strengthen our ties to the Microsoft ecosystem. We are excited to announce several initiatives that deepen our collaboration and bring added value to our customers. Our Neural Discovery Platform and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agents have long been deployable in clients' private Azure clouds and on-premises Kubernetes environments. Building upon this existing compatibility, our strengthened partnership with Microsoft allows us to achieve even more together within your preferred enterprise IT infrastructure.

Microsoft Azure Marketplace

To streamline your IT procurement process, the Zeta Alpha Neural Discovery Platform is now available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Clients can purchase Zeta Alpha solutions within a platform they already use, with transactions handled directly by Microsoft. This simplifies the buying experience by allowing us to provide custom offers with tailored pricing through the marketplace.

Copilot and Microsoft 365 plugins

We're also taking our advanced RAG agents to where your users do their daily work, by integrating with Microsoft 365 and Copilot via plugins. This means that they will not have to learn to use a new application, but engage with Zeta Alpha’s AI within the Copilot and Teams user interface. As we already offer federated AI search across various applications to combat data fragmentation, this integration also provides a powerful bridge to use AI agents with other non-Microsoft applications and external data sources.

Microsoft’s AI Accelerator Program

Finally, Zeta Alpha was selected to participate in Microsoft's 8-week AI Accelerator Program, marking another significant step in our partnership. Collaborating closely with Microsoft experts, we're continuously improving our solutions to better fit the needs of Microsoft customers and complement Microsoft's Copilot with our custom AI solutions, capable of handling domain expertise and enterprise knowledge of organizations.

These combined efforts offer substantial benefits to new and existing customers, including seamless integration, personalized solutions, and a more efficient purchasing process. We're excited to collaborate with Microsoft on solutions across various knowledge-intensive industries with our strong expertise in fine-tuning AI models and customizing RAG agents.
